Refund Policy

  • DOA/defective items will be replaced w/ an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory.
  • Please request an RMA number via email for exchange. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns.
  • Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the date you received it.
  • The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items unless the item was defective/wrong item.
  • Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.
  • If the retail package has been opened, and item return for a refund is not defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • S/H & Insurance charges are non-refundable.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original factory conditions, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
  • Please allow 3 business days after we receive the item to process your return.
