Refund & Return Policy

Defective Items (DOA)

Defective items will be replaced with an identical item upon return of the defective item. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of the date you received them.

Non-Defective Returns

If the retail package has been opened and the item is not defective, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Conditions

  • All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition
  • Include all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories
  • Warranty cards must not be filled out
  • Units found not to be defective upon inspection will be returned at the buyer's expense

Return Process

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be requested via email before returning any items. Please email sales@wifiexpert.us to request an RMA.

Processing takes approximately 3 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless we sent a defective or incorrect item. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable. Replacements or credits depend on inventory availability.
